Events: Smoked and Cured Brunch
Mint designed and produced the Smoked and Cured Brunch at the then newly opened Williamsburg Hotel to celebrate Brooklyn Brewery's participation in New York City Craft Beer Week as well as the launch of one of their sister breweries, Nya Carnegiebryggeriet (NCB) in the United States. Playing on food and beer themes that both New York and NCB's hometown of Stockhom, Sweden share, Mint worked with the brewery's in-house chef to create a menu of smoked fish delights paired to a range of Brooklyn Brewery and NCB beers. This was a paid and sold out event; Mint led event marketing strategy and execution, relying heavily on built email newsletter lists, targeted media promotion, and limited organic social.
