​Founder: Parliament Neal
VH’s founder, Parliament Neal* brings 15 years of experience shaping and leading brands regionally, nationally, and globally. She is a strategic leader with a background in brand strategy, marketing, partnerships, and revenue development, who has driven more than $80M in annual revenue and $20M in annual donations.
Working with both B2B and B2C sectors, she has brought to life over 100 products in the CPG, financial services, and digital media sectors, including launching individual consumer products that today earn $10M+ annually. She has architected and stewarded high-impact partnerships with major commercial and mission-driven brands, including multiyear and ongoing partnerships with New York Comic Con, American Express, and The Stonewall Inn. Parliament has led marketing operations across 5 continents (Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Americas) and developed and mentored teams from 0 to 100+.

Project Highlight: Parliament built and led Brooklyn Brewery's partnership with The Stonewall Inn from its beginning in 2017-2020, helping them to expand their work globally through The Stonewall Inn IPA. In 2019, she led a team to produce the co-branded lead float for World Pride in New York City, commeroating the 50th anniversary of The Stonewall Inn Uprising.
