​Vanguard House is led by Parliament Neal (she/they), whose expertise is in telling and sharing compelling, human-centered stories, as an omni-channel brand and marketing leader with over 15 years of hands-on and executive experience.  She comes from a comprehensive, full-stack marketing background, having served as VP and senior marketing lead for organizations like Brooklyn Brewery, a 30-year beverage space veteran, and Accion Opportunity Fund, the largest nonprofit B2B lender in the US. Her expertise also includes deep knowledge in brand, product, communications, events, and go-to-market strategy. In her career, she has brought to life over 100 digital, financial, and CPG products across the United States, Europe, South America, and Asia.
