Identify unmet needs, emerging opportunities, and spaces for growth, then use those insights to develop new products, programs, initiatives, and offerings.

Work can include market and audience research, opportunity identification, concept development, product and program development, new category development, and innovation strategy. We connect what we learn about customers, communities, markets, and changing conditions to what an organization can actually build and bring to market.

Strategy & Transformation

Strategy is at the core of Vanguard House.

We work with leadership teams to solve business and organizational problems, set direction, make decisions, and translate ambition into action. That may mean developing a growth strategy, improving organizational effectiveness, entering a new market, restructuring an operation, navigating a transition, or determining what the business needs to become next.

Brand & Creative

Fractional & Interim Services

Experienced leadership for the work in front of you. When an organization needs additional leadership capacity but not necessarily another permanent executive, Vanguard House provides interim and fractional leadership tailored to the needs of the organization and the moment. We can step into an existing leadership structure, lead through a transition, build organizational capacity, or provide experienced executive support while the organization determines what comes next.

Leadership support is available across Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer functions.

Support can include staff and financial management, budgeting, operations, hiring, strategic planning, organizational development, business development, and strategy implementation.

Past Project: The Stonewall Inn x Brooklyn Brewery Partnership

Parliament built and led Brooklyn Brewery's partnership with The Stonewall Inn from inception in 2016 through 2020, helping their nonprofit toexpand their work globally through the financial sponsorship and promotion of The Stonewall Inn IPA.

In 2019, she led a team to produce the co-branded lead float for World Pride in New York City, commemorating the 50th anniversary of The Stonewall Inn Uprising.The Stonewall Inn IPA earns more than
