Vanguard House (VH) is Vanguard House is a strategic advisory focused on innovation, insights, consulting, and creative + community for real people. We specialize in developing a humane future at scale, based in genuine, symbiotic partnerships and ecosystems. Born out of the Gulf South and based between New Orleans, LA and New York City, VH serves a diverse range of partners who seek to solve big and entrenched problems. There is no cookie cutter solution or approach with VH. Everything we do is custom developed for the situation and partner at hand. Our work is broad on purpose because of the deeply interconnected nature of our world and sincerely intentional.
Founder: Parliament Neal
VH’s founder, Parliament Neal* brings 15 years of experience shaping and leading brands regionally, nationally, and globally. She is a strategic leader with a background in brand strategy, marketing, partnerships, and revenue development, who has driven more than $80M in annual revenue and $20M in annual donations.
Working with B2B, B2C, and nonprofit sectors, she has brought to life over 100 products across CPG, financial services, community services, and digital media, including launching consumer products that today earning $10M+ annually. She has architected and stewarded high-impact partnerships with major commercial and mission-driven brands, including multiyear and ongoing partnerships with New York Comic Con, American Express, and The Stonewall Inn. Parliament has led strategic operations and teams across 5 continents (Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Americas) and developed and mentored teams from 0 to 100+.
The Team
On a project-basis, VH taps an experienced network backed by 50+ years of collective expertise, offering a range of wraparound and supportive services to meet our clients’ needs.
Parliament built and led Brooklyn Brewery's partnership with The Stonewall Inn from its beginning in 2017-2020, helping them to expand their work globally through The Stonewall Inn IPA. In 2019, she led a team to produce the co-branded lead float for World Pride in New York City, commeroating the 50th anniversary of The Stonewall Inn Uprising.
