Vanguard House offers 1:1 coaching and consulting services in several areas, including personal brand and storytelling, leadership and team development, and professional development in specific areas of marketing services, like event planning, marketing strategy, and branding. Like all of VH's services, our coaching packages are spoke and designed to meet personalized timelines, budgets, and needs. If you see an area of VH's services that you're interested in trying, but not ready to make a commitment to a full package or project, beginning the relationship with a one-off or ongoing coaching and/or consulting relationship can be a beneficial place to start.

Professional Development in Marketing Services
Beyond leadership strategy, sometimes we or our teams are trying to learn new areas of expertise. The capacity to teach new marketing disciplines isn't always accessible within an organization when and how we'd like it to be. This service, which can function as both personal coaching and brand/org consulting, helps to fill that gap by providing session based support to enhance project and skill development. Working directly with an individual, VH will help to access current skill and knowledge level, provide a roadmap for ongoing skill development typically tied to or based around a specific project or objective. Examples include event planning, marketing strategy, content development and other brand and communications disciplines and skills.
